Welcome to YI Wardrobe (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website or social commerce platforms, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 By using our services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have obtained consent from a legal guardian.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

2.1 All products are subject to availability.
2.2 YI Wardrobe reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions without prior notice.
2.3 Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, or manufacturing variations.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

3.1 All prices are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless otherwise indicated.
3.2 YI Wardrobe reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Full payment must be made at the time of order placement.
3.4 Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully confirmed.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

4.1 An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order.
4.2 YI Wardrobe reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.3 Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded, except as provided under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5.1 Shipping and delivery are subject to YI Wardrobe’s Shipping Policy.
5.2 Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier or external factors.
5.3 YI Wardrobe shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

6.1 All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed strictly by YI Wardrobe’s Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
6.2 No exceptions shall be made outside the stated policy.

7. STORE CREDIT

7.1 Store Credit issued by YI Wardrobe:

  • Is non-transferable

  • Has no cash value

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Must be used within the validity period stated (if applicable)

7.2 YI Wardrobe reserves the right to revoke Store Credit in cases of misuse or fraud.

8. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

8.1 Customers agree not to:

  • Abuse promotions or return policies

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions

8.2 YI Wardrobe reserves the right to restrict or terminate service to any customer who violates these Terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 All content on the YI Wardrobe website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, are the exclusive property of YI Wardrobe.
9.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, YI Wardrobe shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Courier delays, losses, or damages

10.2 YI Wardrobe’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YI Wardrobe from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

YI Wardrobe shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or courier disruptions.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with YI Wardrobe’s services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

YI Wardrobe reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
