RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

By accessing, purchasing from, or using the services of YI Wardrobe, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (“Policy”). This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.


1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to approval by YI Wardrobe.
1.2 YI Wardrobe reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
1.3 Failure to comply with the requirements outlined herein may result in rejection of any return, exchange, or refund request.


2. RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD

2.1 Requests for return or exchange must be made within five (5) days from the date the parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier service.
2.2 Requests submitted after the stipulated period will not be accepted under any circumstances.


3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

3.1 All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • In original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered

  • Free from stains, odours, or damage

3.2 Items that have been soaked, washed, or have experienced colour bleeding are strictly non-returnable.


4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

4.1 Sale items, including but not limited to:

  • RM78 Bundle Deals (except in cases of wrong item, wrong colour sent, or verified defect caused by YI Wardrobe)

  • Clearance items

  • Promotional items

  • Pop-Up Store or Physical Store event items

  • Items sold at markdown prices due to defects

4.2 Defect sale items (exchange not permitted)
4.3 Innerwear (including underwear and seamless shorty)
4.4 Accessories, including belts, socks, caps, and similar items


5. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

5.1 Only manufacturing defects exceeding 1cm in size qualify as defective items.
5.2 Minor imperfections, including but not limited to loose threads, slight seam misalignment, or small black dots, shall not be deemed defects.

5.3 Customers must notify YI Wardrobe via WhatsApp within five (5) days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect

5.4 YI Wardrobe reserves sole discretion to determine whether an item qualifies as defective.


6. SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

6.1 Customers shall bear all return shipping costs for:

  • Size exchanges

  • Change of preference

6.2 YI Wardrobe shall bear round-trip shipping costs only in cases of:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Wrong size sent

  • Verified defective item exceeding 1cm

6.3 Shipping fee reimbursement shall be made based strictly on valid receipts provided by the customer.


7. PROCESSING FEE

7.1 A processing fee of RM3 per return or exchange parcel shall apply.
7.2 This fee shall be deducted from the refunded Store Credit and is non-refundable.


8. RETURN PROCEDURE

8.1 All approved return parcels must be shipped back within five (5) days from the approval date.
8.2 Customers must use a traceable shipping method.
8.3 YI Wardrobe shall not be responsible for parcels lost during return shipment.
8.4 Returns or exchanges are permitted once per order number only.


9. REFUND POLICY

9.1 Refunds shall only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Verified defective items exceeding 1cm

  • Items that are out of stock after order confirmation

  • Missing or lost parcels (subject to investigation)

9.2 Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or amended once successfully placed.
9.3 Delivery fees are non-refundable.


10. REFUND METHOD & PROCESSING TIME

10.1 Local Orders
Refunds shall be issued via bank transfer upon receipt of valid bank details.
Processing time: 1–5 business days.

10.2 International Orders
Refunds shall be issued strictly in the form of Store Credit.
Bank transfers are not available for international refunds.


11. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

11.1 In the event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers shall be notified via WhatsApp.
11.2 Customers may elect to:

  • Receive a refund; or

  • Exchange for another product, with any price difference refunded accordingly.


12. MISSING OR LOST PARCELS

12.1 Customers must report missing or undelivered parcels within three (3) days after the parcel status is marked as “Delivered.”
12.2 YI Wardrobe shall liaise with the courier service to investigate the matter.
12.3 Any compensation, alteration, or refund shall be determined solely at the discretion of YI Wardrobe.


13. STORE CREDIT

13.1 Approved returns shall be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price at the time of order.
13.2 Store Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.


14. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

YI Wardrobe reserves the absolute right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this Policy.
