SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an order with YI Wardrobe, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Shipping Policy. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

1.1 All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.
1.3 YI Wardrobe reserves the right to delay shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to stock availability, courier delays, or force majeure events.


2. PROCESSING TIME

2.1 Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2.2 Processing time does not include delivery transit time.
2.3 During peak periods, sales events, or promotional campaigns, processing time may be extended without prior notice.


3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

3.1 YI Wardrobe currently ships to:

  • Malaysia (Domestic)

  • Selected International destinations

3.2 International shipping availability may vary by country and courier service.


4. SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS

4.1 YI Wardrobe ships orders via third-party courier services.
4.2 Courier selection shall be at the sole discretion of YI Wardrobe.
4.3 Customers may not request a specific courier unless otherwise stated.


5. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

5.1 Domestic (Malaysia)
Estimated delivery: 3-8 business days after dispatch.

5.2 International Orders
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier service.

5.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


6. SHIPPING FEES

6.1 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates.
6.2 Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
6.3 Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international shipments shall be borne solely by the customer.


7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

7.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
7.2 YI Wardrobe shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7.3 Any re-delivery or re-shipment fees arising from address errors shall be borne by the customer.


8. TRACKING INFORMATION

8.1 Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
8.2 Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.


9. FAILED DELIVERY & UNCLAIMED PARCELS

9.1 If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, the parcel may be returned to YI Wardrobe.
9.2 Re-shipping fees for returned or unclaimed parcels shall be borne by the customer.
9.3 No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused parcels.


10. MISSING, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

10.1 If a parcel is marked as “Delivered” but not received, customers must notify YI Wardrobe within three (3) days from the delivery status update.
10.2 YI Wardrobe will liaise with the courier service to investigate the matter.
10.3 Any compensation, replacement, or refund shall be determined at the sole discretion of YI Wardrobe after investigation.


11. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

11.1 In the event an item becomes unavailable after order placement, customers will be notified via WhatsApp.
11.2 Customers may opt for a refund or exchange in accordance with YI Wardrobe’s Return & Refund Policy.


12. FORCE MAJEURE

YI Wardrobe shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.


13. POLICY AMENDMENTS

YI Wardrobe reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
